So many amazing mymuybueno Visits this year and it was hard to reduce them down but these are my top ten favourite dishes of 2021. In no particular ranking, as I loved them all.
Trinity – Beef Tartare, pickled mushrooms, caviar, smoked bone marrow emulsion
HIDE– the dish that made me fall in love with this place – Roast Herdwick Lamb, warm Spenwood broth, garlic and basil
Da Terra – Cachaça Baba, Pistachio Ice Cream, Hybrid Caviar
Claude Bosi at Bibendum – The Bibendum Egg, Sunflower seed emulsion and toasted sunflower
Frantzén– French Toast, grilled eel, yuzu, double marinated beef
Mãos – The best surf and turf ever, Longhorn wagyu beef tartare, red prawn and six month aged caviar.

Davies and Brook – Duck with Honey and Lavender glazed, with smoked and pickled persimmon
Pollen Street Social – Marinated Orkney scallop, tomato water, lemon and apple, frozen dashi with wasabi, ponzu and dill oil
BRAT – grilled bread with girolles and St Helena cheese, melted with honey and thyme
