The location here is gorgeous, with the most jaw dropping backdrop of ocean in Mallorca. Jaume is amazing, and I have long had him on my radar, I have been here a few times over the years, and he also has been a guest chef at my cookery school too. I love it, and he finally now has been rewarded and recognised for all his talents, as he achieved his first Michelin star in the midst of the crazy pandemic year, so returning to Mallorca to visit him was even more special this time.

I have many fond memories of previous meals here, paying homage to so many beautiful ingredients that Mallorca has. The Bouillabaisse was incredible, fish, Sóller prawns ( gosh I have missed these ) squid, and a saffron gnocchi. 

I also loved a gorgeous almond meringue dessert, with an almond sablé

Breton, and caramelised pine nuts, beautifully and cleverly presented. Request a front row table when visiting to secure the amazing view. It is magical no matter who you come with, and the most breath-taking sunset too.
