In mymuybueno Chefs Get Personal, we interview chefs from all walks of life, from rising stars, to those with Michelin Stars, all around the world.

Every fortnight, we ask each chef the very same questions and every answer is very different which is what makes each interview so inspirational. Many of the chefs we interview here we also feature on mymuybueno Chefs – our culinary community on Instagram– these very chefs we also invite to mymuybueno Academy of Culinary Arts as Guest Chefs to make them accessible and share their ‘my’ with you. Tom Aikens was the first chef we interviewed in 2017. Our CEO, Justine Murphy, shares all her restaurant experiences within mymuybueno Visits, to showcase and share each chef, their restaurant, and culinary talent to support them and further inspire others.
