I didn’t quite know what to expect here, apart from knowing it was Korean inspired with French techniques, which summarises the experience well. The Beef Tartar was just a bite, and I wish it was an actual dish as it was very good, I also enjoyed the Daikon Tarte Tatin and even the ‘bread dish’ of Nuringhi sourdough and dashimi butter. Delicious. The aged duck was also very good. One to watch and visit again.
