I came specifically for the epic tuna dish that Adam had posted on his social media and boy oh boy did it deliver, but the absolute star of this show today was the beef tartar, I have never tasted anything like it. It is absolutely knock out brilliant. Pickled mushrooms and beef marrow emulsion, every bite was heaven in my mouth, and I can’t wait to eat it all over again. It truly is the best I have ever eaten, and I have eaten many as beef tartar.
The tuna dish was incredible, and the turbot and the pud all amazing too. Just very very good cooking, enjoyed being outside in the sunshine, with a glass of wine, relaxed, content and feel that this is my next favourite place alongside Hide and BRAT.
