The ever epic The Harwood Arms

I took Gareth Ward and his team after filming for his course with us at MACA to indulge in a meat feast of all meat feasts. We were thoroughly spoilt silly.

  • Carlingford Oysters, Tomato and Shiso Jam, Green Peppercorns, Fresh Horseradish
  • THE Venison Scotch Eggs- with Oxford Sauce
  • Fallow Deer Spare Ribs – oh yes
  • Braised Venison Tongue
  • The most insane double rack of Fallow Deer
  • Sladesdown Duck 
  • Côte de Boeuf with Braised Shortrib 
  • All the epic roast trimmings and then some sweet goodness to end

Safe to say we rolled out of there very full and very happy. Absolutely superb as always.
